Founded in 1996, MAC Solutions specialise in helping customers select and source appropriate systems to leverage their plant control and automation systems. Our solutions collect data securely from these systems and provide analytical and visualisation tools for production, maintenance and business planning. MAC Solutions HQ is located in Redditch, UK with our European office based in Paris, France.
Our development centre in Chesterfield houses our rapidly growing Alarm Management team. The office is the base for the development of ProcessVue, our leading Alarm Management Software Suite and our consulting staff who specialise in delivering Alarm Rationalisation Projects.
Our teams’ expertise in Alarm Management spans back over 30 years with the first Printer Replacement package known as IMAC. This very successful application was widely used in control rooms across many business sectors including Power Generation and Oil & Gas. The knowledge gained from this success lead to the development of our next generation of Alarm Management software called ProcessVue, launched in 2010 ProcessVue is now the market leading Alarm Management Suite.
ProcessVue has now been established as the leading UK based Alarm Management software. MAC solutions have continued their growth by hiring additional development and services staff based at our development center in Chesterfield to support the expansion and roleout of our ProcessVue brand globally. With the ProcessVue – Alarm Management Suite and highly experienced staff, MAC Solutions can help both existing and new sites reduce plant trips and unplanned outages by ensuring plant operators are able to focus on managing the plant, not the alarms!
